At Van Rysel, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your high-performance cycling gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Van Rysel account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all aerodynamic components and technical labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
